Sunday Lunch: Hob House

Hey guys! Welcome back to my blog. If you’re new, Hi! Today’s post is another restaurant review. Today we paid Hob House a visit. If you’re looking for authentic, Lebanese food cooked from the heart, you should need to go to Hob House. The restaurant is owned and run by a lady named Kelly- who is the sweetest person ever- and her husband. The cozy atmosphere accompanied by their scrumptious meals, make for a perfect Sunday brunch. Because I am obsessed with aesthetically pleasing places, my eyes were also made very happy. Everything was ‘insta-worthy’ and of course very ‘tumblr’. Kelly, who explained to us the concept of Hob Place, was such an amazing host and helped us choose our meals.( Thanks for the great suggestions!) With all that said, here’s our experience in pictures:

  • Drinks: non-alcoholic mimosas

  • Hob Place is also a guest house, so if you’re looking for a place to stay while visiting Nairobi, I would recommend staying here. Here are some rooms and places around the house.

If you couldn’t tell, I had a really great time today and I would definitely recommend visiting Hob Place. The service is amazing( I forgot to mention how fast our food came), the hospitality is great and most importantly it’s authentic Lebanese cuisine that takes you to  Lebanon.

Shoutout to Angeline for being such a fun tour guide ;  to Cindy for taking me such nice pictures ( you always take nice pictures of me to be honest) -thankyou so much ; To my parents for bringing us here and last but not least to Kelly, for being such a lovely host.
